1. Acceptance of terms

By joining the BilKeeper waitlist or using the BilKeeper service once available, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

BilKeeper is a digital platform for storing and organizing receipts, warranties, invoices, and proof of purchase, offered under the Freemium, Premium, Professional, and Business plans described on our Plans page.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. [Add minimum age / eligibility requirements once decided.]

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as shown at checkout. [Add cancellation, refund, trial, and proration terms once finalized.]

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BilKeeper to store unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access accounts that are not yours.

6. Intellectual property

The BilKeeper name, logo, and app are the property of Luma & Co Sarl. The documents you upload remain your property.

7. Termination

You may stop using BilKeeper at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. [Add data export/deletion process on termination.]

8. Liability

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm jurisdiction for disputes.]
